Personal Statement
I am Jacob Frisbie and will graduate in 2017 from Byron NeIson High School in Trophy Club, Texas. I am a strong leader, good friend, team player, serious athlete and student of the game. I have loved playing baseball since I was four years old and on select teams for seven years.
I was named to the 2015 and 2016 Perfect Game Underclass Honorable Mention team. I was also invited to play at the 2015 Perfect Game Classic 2017 Grads.
Some of the most important things to me are my faith, my family and working to be my best each day. I do these things ON and OFF the field. As a leader, I encourage my team and lift up the guys. I support my friends off the field and they know that I am there to listen, give advice and help out when things get tough. As a freshman I was given a character award for Compassion and last year I received one for Leadership by my school’s administration I believe leadership and compassion are key traits that set me apart from most athletes.
Off the field, I spend time working with kids at my church and doing mission work. My grades are also important and I work hard to keep my grades up. My dream is to play ball and use my talents to elevate my school’s program, enjoy the game of baseball and lead my teammates with integrity.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.
