Personal Statement
I am a varsity player from Stafford, VA and will graduate in 2014. I am 6' 4" 210 pounds with a 3.56 GPA. In the summer/fall I play for Chandler Baseball 2014, an elite national showcase team. I desire to obtain a degree in business administration and psychology from a great academic institution with a competitive baseball program. These attributes are more important to me than location of school.
I play corner infield/catcher/outfield. I was selected as a Under Armour National Junior Team Player and played in the Arizona Fall Classic 17-21 October 2012. I displayed athleticism and versatility as a corner infielder/corner outfielder. As a result of my performance, I was selected as a 2013 Under Armour Pre Season All American. I am one of 300 players selected in the Nation. I will play in the 2013 Preseason All American Tournament in Tuscon, AZ, 18-20 January 13. Evaluations at this tournament will determine my selection as a 2013 Under Armour All American. My latest Baseball Factory evaluation follows:
10/17/2012 - Arizona Junior Fall Classic Cribb showed on at 3Bat the event but continues to show as an outstanding switch hitter with pop. At 3B feet are active as he displays proper footwork around the bag, showing athletic feet. Hands are soft / clean / sure and he is versatile, showing the ability to play many positions. Throws are accurate through a clean arm stroke but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. Offensively is where Niko shows best from both sides of the plate through an athletic setup. Hands are quick, generating outstanding bat speed through a level swing path. He works to stay inside the ball and displays a plus feel for the barrel with the baseball exploding off his bat to all fields. Mental makeup is a plus as he is very coachable and willing to make adjustments to be the best player he can be.

I desire to attend a school where I can make an immediate impact on the team. I have a tremendous passion for the game of baseball. I am confident in my abilities, which are based on a strong work ethic on and off the field, commitment, leadership, and dedication. My ultimate strength lies in my coachable nature, study of the game, and tireless energy.
