Personal Statement

     Playing baseball and being a part of a baseball family is one of the best things I have experienced. I really became interested in baseball when I was 8. I was bat boy for the Colchester Cannons, and I watched them win a State Title. This motivated me to become who I am today, and to always strive to be the best student, teammate, and player that I can be.

     It has been hard because up until my freshman year I was a skinny kid who wasn't very strong. So I started to workout, and it payed off because I hit my first homer ever as a freshman in high school. I have set high standards for myself in school and sports, and I have learned that anything is achievable if you put your mind to it.
