The game of baseball has taught me many life lessons the last 12 years. Trust, responsibility, and work ethic are the most valuable attributes I have learned working in different baseball programs with different coaches. While competing as a sophomore on a new team with a new coach I learned how to trust my teammates and take on the responsibility of giving my everything each time I stepped on that diamond. Being responsible to do my job and be committed to the team allowed me to learn and grow as a player. Understanding the importance of work ethic and what that means when you are part of a team helped me to mature into the person I am today. These qualities will help me not only in the collegiate level of baseball, but in the journey of life.
My personal goals for college are to attend the best fit school for me academically and athletically. Academics are a very important part of who I am, so a college with high rigor is what I am looking for. Athletically I want a program that is successful in the development of players, and one where I am challenged every day to be the best ball player I can be. I know that through my hard work ethic and drive for success that I would be a great addition to any program.
