Personal Statement
My name is Ben Zbikowski and I am a senior at South Milwaukee High School. I am a multi-sport athlete who has a great passion for all sorts of competition. I have competed in five different sports throughout high school at competitive levels. My football, baseball and wrestling coaches all consider me one of the most coachable athletes they have ever worked with. I not only train for baseball year round but juggle competing in three different sports while balancing all of my AP and honors classes. I have two years of experience as a starter on varsity as a right fielder and lead off batter for South Milwaukee High School. We won our first playoff game last year and two years ago we were regional champions. I am a leader on and off the field. Currently I am the captain of the varsity baseball and Varsity wrestling team. I also spend a portion of my time volunteering in my community. I volunteer by helping out neighbors and within my church. I am the oldest of three children in my family. My goal is to play college baseball and to earn my degree. I want to attend a college that will be a good fit for me to succeed both athletically and academically.
