Hi my name is Logan Grunenwald. I am in the class of 2017 currently attending Wausau West High School in Wausau, WI. I am a multi-sport athlete and work each day to become better in academics, the sports I participate in, and in my personal life. I am hoping to pursue baseball at the collegiate level. I am open to any school that is academically strong and has a competitive baseball program. I am very hardworking and willing to sacrifice to help my team succeed.
In the spring of 2014 I played Junior Varsity baseball and was called up to Varsity as a Freshman at 15 years old. In my first varsity game, I earned the win throwing two perfect innings. I was also given the chance to pitch in the Sectional Semi-Final game against one of the top teams in the state. I came in with the bases loaded with no outs and didn’t allow a run and went on to throw 2 more scoreless innings allowing our team to come back and tie the game. In the summer of 2014 I played for the 19u Wausau AAA Senior American Legion team. By the end of the season I was hitting over .300 and starting at shortstop at the age of 15. I was able to play against and get hits off of a number of Division 1 & 2 recruits. I also hit .583 going 7 for 12 in the regional playoffs. Thank You for taking your time to view my profile!
