- MJ Houdek is a 2017 C/3B with a 6-0 200 lb. frame from Brookfield, WI who attends Brookfield Central HS. Medium frame, large build with present strength. Right handed hitter with straight stance, high hand set and leg lift trigger. Rotational lower half with some shift. Stays behind contact well with a line drive swing plane. Solid strength when at an extended contact positon, ball will jump off barrel. Shows best swing path and bat speed when lower half has directional shift to contact. Swing projects well and will continue to develop with physical maturity. Worked out defensively from behind the plate showing a quick arm circle and exchange. Quick footwork and gains ground well while throwing downhill. Accurate to the bag with a compact arm action that creates some carry to second. Best pop time of 2.00 and velocity of 74mph. Projectable tools behind and at the plate. Good student. PG Grade 8

- MJ Houdek is a 2017 C/3B with a 5-10 195 lb. frame from Brookfield, WI who attends Brookfield Central HS. Medium frame, strong build, clear sign of present strength. Posted a 7.44 60-yard dash. From behind the plate, starts with a nice strong base. Raw arm strength from behind the plate and is developing good direction toward his target. Very vocal behind the plate, high energy player, not afraid to give up his body to block the baseball. At the plate, right-handed hitter that starts with a wide base. Middle of the field approach, takes aggressive swings. Generates backspin when barreled, raw strength and power at the plate, good balance and extension through the baseball.
