Coach Taylor – How do I Register for the Eligibility Center?

April 6th, 2010 - by Randy Taylor

Coach Taylor – I was hoping you could help me clarify which web site my son needs to sign up with for the NCAA Clearinghouse. I went to the Prospective Student Athlete site and this was the NCAA Eligibility Center.  Are there two sites or one that he will need to sign up with?  When I search for the NCAA Clearinghouse it takes me to the NCAA Eligibility Center. Is this where he needs to sign up?  Also, my son is a junior, is this correct time to sign up?

The NCAA Clearinghouse is now called the NCAA Eligibility Center.  They are essentially the same thing (just with a name change)  Since you are a junior, this is the time to register.

Click here for the home page for the NCAA Eligibility Center:  Once there, click on Fall 2010 or after. Then click on ‘New Account’ link in the top right hand corner to get started.
