Everyone who works at NCSA Athletic Recruiting believes in the transformative power of sport. With more than 450 former college athletes and coaches on staff, we’ve lived it. And now, team members like Jaimie Duffek, a softball recruiting expert and head recruiting coach, are telling their stories in the hopes of inspiring you in your recruiting journey too.

“I was under the assumption that I was going to get picked up, just playing on a good travel team,” Jaimie says. “My dream school came back and tells me: well, we’re done. And I actually wanted to give up softball in high school.”
