NCSA employees are excited about coming to work — we love talking sports all day and helping student-athletes find the right opportunity to take their skills to the next level. And NCSA prides itself on creating a company culture that enables its sports-oriented employees to excel, both in and out of the office.

Recently, NCSA was recognized by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR) as one of 2016’s “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Nation,” its fourth consecutive year receiving this award.

Facing fierce competition, NCSA rose to the top based on its many culture initiatives.

  • The Wellness Credit Reimbursement Program that provides employees with $65 every month to use toward any healthy lifestyle event or product like a gym membership, vitamins, race entry fees and more
  • The Employee Referral Program, encouraging employees to refer new hires by granting up to $2,500 in compensation
  • A daily catered lunch
  • Laptop reimbursement program
  • Company-wide sports events, including the yearly Turkey Bowl flag football tournament that draws more than 100 employee participants

NABR evaluated each winning company based on a variety of criteria, including: compensation and benefits, engagement and retention, employee education and development, recruitment, diversity and inclusion, community initiatives, and communication and vision, among others. Earlier in the year, NCSA also won Chicago’s “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” award for its sixth consecutive year.

“We couldn’t be more proud to be recognized not only locally in Chicago but nationally for our workplace culture,” says NCSA President Lisa Strasman. “Our combined goal is for our employees to feel appreciated because we know without them, we wouldn’t be able to accomplish all that we have.”

True for any sport, when the team members love the game and have a great coach, that enthusiasm is reflected in their hard work and ultimate success.

Want to come work with passionate, sports-minded professionals? NCSA is always looking for new teammates with an all-in attitude and all-out work ethic. Take a look at our current openings.
