Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- First point of contact for new student-athletes/families enrolled into NCSA
- Welcome and schedule initial calls between a NCSA Recruiting Coach and a newly enrolled family.
- Host educational huddles (group conference calls for NCSA members)
- Welcome calls to get new members started on the right foot
- Freshman/Sophomore goal setting
- Customer service specialist for all student-athlete and family inquiries
- Answer main phone line and member lines
- Field recruiting questions
- Proactively check-in with members through phone and email
- Schedule individual calls between a Head Recruiting Coach and a student-athlete
- Monitor and answer "Recruitinghelp" Inbox
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Collegiate sports experience strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent typing skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Strong work ethic with team player mentality
- Professional, friendly phone demeanor
- Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal and written) in a professional manner at all levels of the organization
- Strong time management and multi-tasking capabilities
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to meet deadlines
