If you are a highly motivated, hard working former college athlete or coach with excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and in-depth knowledge of collegiate athletics and the recruiting process then this is the position for you!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Watch prospect video to evaluate talent
- Rate football players based on athletic ability
- Write bio on athletes
- Log game film as needed
- Provide support for NCSA Recruit-MatchPLUS and Recruit-Match football players
- Conduct one on one and group conference calls to discuss recruiting topics
- Answer emails regarding recruiting related questions
- Help student-athletes/families understand the steps they need to take to maximize their recruiting potential
- Call families to check in on recruiting process
- Assist Recruiting Coach Department as needed
Qualifications:
- Former college coach and/or athlete (football experience preferred)
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong work ethic with team player mentality
- Professional, friendly phone demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent Writing Skills
- Passionate about college athletics
- Goal oriented with a desire to succeed
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (evening hours will be required)
