Joseph Curtis joined NCSA five years ago and has been a leader in the organization, taking part in many new initiatives to help the company reach unprecedented growth since its founding in 2000. During his tenure with NCSA, Curtis has learned scouting and the recruiting business from the inside out and has quickly become an executive member of NCSA's experienced and knowledgeable staff. He has worked with all levels and athletic abilities of student-athletes around the country and has contributed to every facet of the organization.

Keith Babb earned a marketing degree from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Northwestern University. He is an ACEP certified youth coach with 17 years experience, and has worked as an IHSA football official and softball official. He taught ACT and SAT preparation classes, helping improve high-schooler's test scores. Babb's softball-playing daughter enrolled with NCSA prior to her sophomore year in high school. Working the NCSA system, Melissa heard from 145 colleges, 20 had real interest, she narrowed those schools down to three solid choices, and is playing DI softball at Colgate University.

Carmen Bucci comes to the NCSA as a former client of NCSA President, Chris Krause. Bucci is very familiar with the recruiting process. He was recruited nationally for baseball, which landed him a scholarship to Northwestern University. As a four year starter, Bucci was a two-time All-Big Ten Shortstop. Carmen continued his athletic career with the San Diego Padres for two years. Post Padre achievements include the operation of the West Coast Baseball School (Sherman Oaks, CA) and former Scout with the Texas Rangers.

Jenny Goodpaster received her undergraduate degree in education from Hillsdale College in 1988 and immediately began her teaching career at Hamilton High School (near Holland, MI). She taught and coached basketball, volleyball and track for ten years, enjoying every minute. Goodpaster continued her education by earning a masters degree in educational leadership from Western Michigan University in 1993. In her "free time" she raced for NIKE and was a 1996 Olympic trials qualifier who trained again for the 2000 trials under Olympic Coach Brian Diemer. Goodpaster entered the college coaching ranks in 2000 and went on to recruit top athletes from all over the country, earning the GLIAC Coach of The Year. In addition to her recruiting experience, Goodpaster is also a mother of two sons. She understands the importance of each decision in life and is passionate about helping families find the "right fit" for their son or daughter.

Steve Potter is a leader in the recruiting industry and is known for his knowledge, guidance, passion and directness. Potter was a full scholarship basketball player at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, PA and has spent the last fifteen years in the business of helping families through the recruiting process. Briana Adamovsky, a graduate of Ohio University, joins NCSA with degrees in finance and management, as well as collegiate and professional experience playing volleyball. While playing varsity volleyball for the Ohio Bobcats she garnered Honorable Mention All-American, National Setter of the Year and Mid-American Conference Player of the Year honors and led her team to two consecutive Mid-American Conference Championships and NCAA appearances. Following her collegiate career she played professionally in Paris while also coaching a regional women's team.

David Carl was part of the NAIA Division II National Championship Football Team and played professionally in England. Carl has coached both at the high school and college levels. Bill Casson joins the NCSA scout team from Ft. Lauderdale, FL where he has helped many student athletes reach their lifelong goals. He is one of two founding directors of the South Florida Travelers Baseball League, a three county, 175 team league from 10U through varsity. Casson has coached at the high school level and understands the need for guidance through the process of college recruiting. He has dealt with the pitfalls in helping his son attain a scholarship to play baseball at the university level.

Coming out of high school in New Jersey, Ty Garland was ranked by Tom Lemming as the 16th linebacker in the nation. Additionally, he was the indoor-outdoor national champion in the shot-put with throws of 64ft 8in and discus with throws of 191ft 5in. He was highly recruited by many colleges for football and track and field.
He attended Michigan State University on a full athletic scholarship. From 1993-1998, he played middle linebacker and competed in four bowl games. He also threw shot-put for Michigan State University and holds a shot-put record.
Ty Garland graduated from Michigan State University in 1998 with a bachelors degree. Following graduation, he worked as a career placement recruiter and in the mortgage industry.

Steve attended Northwestern University, arriving on campus as a walk-on baseball player. Through his hard work and determination, Steve earned a spot on the team and quickly made himself an invaluable member of the Wildcats. As a starter, Steve showed his utility playing seven different positions over his four year career. He earned Academic All-Big Ten honors and helped lead the Wildcats to the Big Ten playoffs in his senior season. Steve continued his athletic career playing professional baseball in the independent Frontier League for the Portsmouth Explorers, where he was selected as the league's All-Star Second Baseman, and the Springfield Capitals, helping lead the team to their first league championship.

Jeff Little was the starting point guard at Shenandoah Valley Academy in Northern Virginia for two years before graduating from Pacific Union College in California. During his tenure in Virginia, he played among some of the top student athletes in the nation, including Ron Mercer, Damien Wilkins, Jason Chapel, and Keith Bogans, who have since gone on to the NBA.
'I thought with that exposure and the level of competition I was going up against every night, the recruiting process would take care of itself. I couldn't have been more wrong,' said Little. 'I realize now that a proactive approach is the best route and NCSA would have been a tremendous aid for me.' Little also has experience as a coach and referee in basketball, football, baseball, and tennis, as well as knowledge directing a Napa Valley youth sports program. His familiarity with multiple sports is immeasurable and his passion in assisting young adults reach their potential is hard to overlook.

Adam O'Reilly grew up playing over ten different sports. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in sport management. Mylai "T" Tenner played professional football in Canada with the Hamilton Tigercats. After sustaining an injury he switched to arena ball and had several NFL workouts. Most recently Tenner coached women's basketball at the University of Minnesota Morris and for the Minnesota Lynx of the WNBA. Eric Wallor graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a bachelor's degree in recreation, sport and tourism with an emphasis in sport management. Wallor ran track and cross country at Illinois and before transferring to Illinois won a National Championship in the 1500m and 5000m in track and was a two-time All-American in cross country at Harper Junior College in Palatine, IL. Along with being a National Scout with NCSA Wallor is also the Assistant Cross Country Coach at Harper College.
