Nicole Dal Cielo '17 Recruiting Profile

I believe that I am a well-rounded, competitive, and unselfish player. I take academics very seriously and advocate having a balanced life. I began playing field hockey freshman year and I have now chosen it over playing softball and basketball, sports I have been playing my whole life. For a little over two years, I have been practicing and falling in love with the game and now, I hope to continue playing field hockey in college. Playing varsity for two of my three years on a high school team ranked within the top 20 in the nation, and making it all the way to Nationals my first year playing, I believe that I can achieve much more in the future. Also, I am very flexible about where I play. I started out as a defensive back, but based on the development and versatility of my skills - my speed, dribbling, and strong hits -  I have transitioned to primarily playing midfield.
