Personal Statement

I became a goalkeeper during the summer of 2018 after 3 years of field play, and made the u16 Elite travel team as their goalie that consecutive winter. My improvement has been on a rapid incline since then, and I am looking for a college that can redefine the way I play and encourage creativity and independence as well as hard work. I am interested in tech, video and storytelling, and I hope to major in film when I reach college. I consider myself an optimistic and logical person, and I get along with all types of people. Though I am more of a listener than a talker, I enjoy bringing new ideas into the conversation and exploring all solutions to a problem. I look forward to playing in college and hope to improve even more than I already have.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
