Autumn Riggin '28 Recruiting Profile

I'm currently an 8th grade student athlete in the class of 2028. I was a captain of my middle school field hockey team and finished my 3 year career with a record of 23-0-2. I was also named MVP of my team in 2022 and 2023. In 2019 I started playing at the club level with the Shorebyrds FC and continue to participate in indoor and outdoor seasons. My club highlights include winning multiple NIT indoor tournament medals and  2023 Shooting Stars Thanksgiving pool winner. My goal is to play field hockey at the collegiate level and pursue a degree in physical therapy. 

I am very coachable and can play any position on the field. I am a selfless team player, that will do what it takes for my team to succeed. As a midfielder I've become a great passer. I'm able to put the ball on my teammates stick from almost any distance with accuracy. My first step and speed are one of my best assets. I continue to improve my vision on the field and overall knowledge of the sport of field hockey.
