Personal Statement
My long-term aspiration is to become a Police Officer. Field Hockey is my passion; however, I would love to be in a position to help others. I have a desire to bring justice and support to communities. I also hope to have a stable career after college.
I am interested in a school that has criminal justice and is in the New England area. I am also interested in attending a school with a very competitive athletic program. I have a passion for the competitive environment. I am currently competing at a highly competitive high school and performing exceptionally. Field Hockey is a sport I have a love for and I hope to have an opportunity to compete in college.
I am a leader amongst my peers; I am fast and very strong. Being a quick learner, I bring a lot to a team. I have played goalkeeper for 9 years.
I'm very selfless and put my team before myself so that my team as a whole is successful. I was Most Valuable Player for my team last year and I am goalie captain for the 2017-2018 season. Our team's record in the regular season this year was (13-4-2).
Stepping out of my comfort zone, I was also given the opportunity to join the boys wrestling team to compete in the 160lb weight class. With hard work and dedication, I placed 3rd in the New England Women's Wrestling Championships.
