My goal is to earn a bachelor's degree in psychology or chemistry and play field hockey in college, I am looking for a college that will challenge me in both academics and athletics. From playing so many sports I learned to value teamwork, commitment, and leadership so it's important to me that the team will be a strong support system. I always work hard, strive to be the best I can be, and work to bring this out in other players on my team, this is why I was chosen as a three-time captain. My JV and varsity field hockey team didn't have a strong offensive presence which really gave me a chance to grow as a goalie by saving over 400 shots, on my high school team alone, over the past two years, I believe that this helped me win the First Team award this year. I believe that I have the work-ethic, talent, leadership skills, and commitment to play field hockey in college.
