I have been playing field hockey since I was ten years old. I aspire to play at the collegiate level whereby I can continue to learn the skills of selflessness, resilience and leadership. I have strong stick skills with both hands and great field awareness. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players on and off the field. I am a leader and respected by my teammates for the work that I put forth to improve my skill set.
In the classroom, I take advanced placement and honor courses and maintain a high GPA. I am a Marching Band saxophone player, Symphonic Band oboe player and a member of the German and Interact clubs. I also volunteer as a coaching instructor at local youth developmental field hockey programs and am a People to People Student Ambassador. I have also had several works published.
I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the field. I want to make my parents proud and continue to be a great role model.
