Paul Jackson '16 Recruiting Profile

Winning an Alabama State Championship in football as a freshman was the highlight of my career as a high school football player. It helped me to become the leader and an influence to my peers. The two years after my freshman year we came within an arms length of our goal but fell short, putting a chip on my shoulder and pushing me to become even stronger and better for the years to come. It also help me to be a mentor to the younger players and a leader they could look upon in a time of need. This and my aggression on the football field are the intangibles that would be great for every team.

I am looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically and academically. I value the education aspect of the student-athlete experience as much as the great athletic experiences I very much hope to be apart of. I don't only have the skill to compete at every school in the nation, but know I have the work ethic, the will to win and the leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. I am a three sport athlete, All-State and All-Region defensive lineman and two time defensive player of the week, I know what it takes to be a great leader for your team!
