Personal Statement

I am an upcoming senior graduating in 2017. I played sports ever since I was eight years old. I currently play football and I am also part of the track and field team. I run the 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m, 4x400m and the 4x800m.

I am very interested into furthering my education. I would like to study engineering. Sports has became a huge impact into my life and has changed who I am. Although I like to further my academics I would like to test my athleticism as well. I ran track for more than six years. In my eighth grade year as a middle school runner  I went to state in the 4x800m. My junior year in high school  I went to state in the 4x800 and the 4x100. The 4x100 team placed 5th overall in the state finals.
