Earning the opportunity to start as a punter and kicking-off for my 6A High School as a Sophomore and being named Special Teams Player of the Week by Max Preps against Little Rock Catholic were the highlights of my Sophomore season. However, I was very disappointed when we lost in the quarter finals of the playoffs. As a Freshman, I was fortunate to be a member of the high school baseball and golf teams. Both teams won the state championship, so my expectations were the same for football. It was a reality check for me to understand state championships don't come so easy. I am team oriented, extremely competitive in everything I do and I have a strong work ethic. I understand things don't easy in life and these characteristics should help me be successful in academics, sports and life in general.
My goal is to earn the opportunity to punt and kick at the next level. I am looking for a program that is a good fit for me athletically and academically. I plan to major in Finance/Accounting.
I am a Christian and I try to live by the do right rule daily. I am a quiet person by nature, although I am very social. My coach says I would make a great poker player because I don't show a lot of emotion. The bottom line is I'm pretty balanced with emotions on the outside, but on the inside, my blood is boiling to find a way to win no matter what I'm doing. My athletic ability helps me grasp what you are asking rather quickly. I believe I have everything it takes to be a great team player and a solid punter/kicker for your team.
