My goal is to reach my fullest potential in academics, athletics, and life in a way that always shows the utmost respect for others. I believe there are no shortcuts to reaching one's potential, which is why I give 100% in everything I do. Academically, I work as hard as I do on the field and the track. My hard work ethic has resulted in a 4.0 GPA, while taking AP courses and Honors classes, like taking Honors Algebra 3-4 (trigonometry) as a sophomore. I will take this same work ethic to the collegiate level. Athletically, I pride myself in being the hardest working player on the field, and on the track. This work ethic is a leadership quality that I strive for every day, and has paid off in noticeable improvements on the field, and on the track. In fact, I was promoted to Varsity track as a sophomore where I run the 200 meter, the 300 meter hurdles, the 400 meter, and the 4x400 meter relay. It is my desire to combine my academic and athletic work ethic, and success, with my social responsibility to be a model representative for the college I attend - a person a college can be proud of to call one of their own.
