My name is Aidan “AJ” Carty I attend Servite High School in Anaheim, California. Servite is an all-men’s school that focuses on forming faith-filled leaders and has a storied and successful football program. Servite is also academically strong and I am in the Honors program and part of the Priory Leadership team. In addition to longsnapping, I play offensive guard and I also wrestle in the 220 weight class.
My goal is to play football at the college level and to earn a degree in the field of medical sciences. At this time, I am open to any geographical area and college opportunity. My football career began at 9 years old. I played quarterback for many years until a coach realized that I had a natural ability to long snap. I then transitioned to center, snapper and the line positions. I also have played competitive baseball and volleyball.
I have a passion for and a great understanding of the game. I work year round to improve my strength, form, accuracy, speed, and footwork. I realize that it takes constant work and dedication to be successful. I pride myself on always trying to be a teammate. I do not play for myself. I play for the name on the front of my jersey and the other men wearing the same jersey.
