Personal Statement
I began playing football my freshman year and have absoulutly loved it! I improved so much between Freshman and JV football by putting in the hard work during the off season. I had a great JV season and can not wait for varsity. I will work extremely hard this off season and hopefully I will get to start next year. I love football and will continue to work hard to continue improving. What helped give me my great work ethic and the love for sports is MMA and wrestling. I began training in Karate in 2006 and received my Junior Black belt in 2010 at Pacific Coast Martial Arts Academy in Atascadero. I've also had six months of Hawian Kempo training at The Pit, and competed in Atascadero's wrestling program since I was in the fourth grade. Even though I like wrestling and MMA, I have fallen in love with football and hope I can persue a career in it. Someday when I am older, I would like to have a wife and start a family of my own. I strive to be a good role model for my younger sisters and brother. I'm always encouraging my fellow classmates and friends to do their best and try out new sports. I will also continue to work hard in school to get to my 3.89 GPA to a 4.0 GPA. I can't wait for next year, and as always, I will run harder than ever. Running hard is what gets me my yards. I'm not the best at running around people, bum I am great at running through them.
