Personal Statement

As the starting Quarterback this past season, I helped our team to a 7 – 4 record culminating in a come from behind post season “Bowl” game victory in which I threw my 5th passing touchdown on the day in overtime to win 41 – 35!.    I was also named “Offensive MVP” of the game.   Other honors I received this year was Nor Cal Conference Offensive Player of the Week for my performance against Chabot College on October 4th where I threw my final passing TD (6 total) with 17 seconds to play to win 52 – 49!   My complete season stats were 247 completions on 415 attempts; 2,691 yards; 26 Touchdowns; 10 Interceptions.    I finished 6th in California for passing yards per game and 7th for Touchdowns.   In addition, I engineered 4 last minute game winning final drives this season.   I am a winner and very competitive.

Included within my NCSA profile is game film from the entire season.   I think my highlights show what I believe are my personal strengths; accuracy, good decision making, play making abilities and toughness.   In addition to this, I had a very successful high school career including numerous awards. Accomplishments and film from that period is available on this site as well.

I think what makes me stand out from others is my competitiveness, football IQ, and academic record.  I am very confident in my abilities and believe that I can be an impact player at the next level.   Thank you for your time and interest in considering me as a quarterback prospect for your program.  I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
