Guillermo Monreal '12 Recruiting Profile

Dear Coaches,

My name Is Guillermo Francisco Monreal Berrelleza.  I am son Of Guillermo and Maria Monreal; sister to Pauline Monreal. I am 6' ,245 pounds, 5.6 40 yard dash, Bench Max at 365, Squat Max at 565, Power Clean Max at 245. Ive been playing football since I was about 7 years old. In 2005, My Pop Warner team qualified to play in the Super Bowl In Orlando,Florida; finalizing runner-up. Been a 3 year varsity player since sophomore year for football. My team won 3 straight League Championships in 2009, 2010, and 2011. My team also won the CIF Championship in 2009. I can offer a lot to any team. I was named Golden Matador(Captain) of my team my senior year based on my leadership skills, by motivating my teamates to do their best and to work their hardest not only by encouragement, but also by leading by example. I thank my last 2 years of football to my cousin Andrea. Even though she may not be here with my family and I on earth, she was the main reason  for my hard work and dedication to this sport. It has always been my dream to play college sports ever since I first started watching college football. It made me realize how great teams are and how much work and effort they put in for the pride of the school. In searching for a school, I am very open to all variety of schools. I would like to stay in California, but going out of state doesnt change my perspective on any school. Sadly, due to the economic problems in the US, my education is in need of financial aid. My desired major for college is Fire Science to become a FireFighter. My secondary major is Kiniesiology in Athletic Training. My goals as a College Football Player is to make the team the best it can be by giving the team my all whether it is on the field, weight room, or classroom.
