I have been around the game of football my entire life, but began my career as a player at the age of eight. There's just something about the game of football that I fell in love with a long time ago.
As I have just finished my senior season in high school, I am so eager to set foot on college turf and take my talents to the next level, because the idea of never playing football again is just not an option. In college I hope to be able to receive a good education to prepare me for a career after football, while still playing the game I love so much. I am a hard worker and really don't accept any outcome other than success, no matter what it is I'm doing. I don't think that the very busy schedule of a student athlete in college will be much of a problem to me, considering that I have basically been doing it for the past four years, while taking some of the most challenging classes that my school offers and still managing to maintain such a high G.P.A.
Outside of school, I spend a lot of my time helping coach my younger brother's junior football team. I hope that I can help them fall in love with the game just as I did when I was their age. I also volunteer around my community in homeless shelters, and in helping to house military veterans who are struggling in life. I try to commit myself to helping others, and sharing the many blessings that I have with others who aren't as fortunate.
Ultimately, my goal is to be able to play football in college, while at the same time prepare for a life after football. I am a very athletic and versatile player who is very hard working, and think that I would be a great fit for any program.
