I am a 6'1" running back and linebacker. I currently weigh 220lbs and continue to get bigger, faster, and stronger. I also set high goals for myself academically and finished my 1st semester of my junior year of high school with a 3.81 GPA. I currently attend Pacheco High School which is a new school in our town. I am proud to be a part of this new school and to contribute to its winning tradition. Over the course of my football career I have earned an MVP title and offensive and defensive player of the year awards for youth football and defensive player of the year for 2011 for junior varsity. Last year, I earned The Outstanding Offensive Player of the Year award for 2012 (varsity) and I was named 2nd team All-Conference Running Back.
I have played football for over half of my life and I look forward to playing for many more years to come. Unfortunately, an injury side-lined me for the greater part of my Junior year. While I know this is a setback, I am pushing myself harder than ever to get back on the field my Senior year. This year, I made it a point to be at every practice and even got the chance to coach the running backs and linebackers. It allowed me to learn different aspects of the game, and increase my football knowledge greatly. In doing so, I earned the highest award given a football player at our school, The Ultimate Panther Award. This award is given to the one player who emanates what it means to be a leader on the football team, in the school we represent and in our community.
If given the opportunity to play football at the next level, I can guarantee you won't be disappointed with my performance or my dedication to the game and to your school.
