I look forward to the opportunity to continue to play Football in college. I am switching to Center for my senior season. I believe this will be a better position for me on the offensive side moving to the next level because of my size. I played this position for a short while as a sophomore.
This past season I was voted by my coaches as the Outstanding Offensive Lineman of the Year. We had two seniors make All League, but I was voted best lineman on my team. I am being switched to center because of my blocking skills, but mostly because of the leadership that I have displayed on my team. This seasons center played three years and was a leader on our team. The coaches have told me that I am the best person to replace him on the line as a leader.
My family has struggled financially the last few years. I have been to three high schools over the last three years. With all this, I have maintained a high GPA (3.7 / 3.8), Honor Roll at two schools and Varsity level football as a Sophomore and a Junior.
I am a Secretary for the "Cross" club at school. I also am a member of the Spanish club, Writers club and Photography club.
