My name is Blake Gonzalez. I graduate in 2014.  I am the varsity kicker and punter for San Clemente HS in the South Coast division 1 conference.  In 2011 we were CIF SS Division 1, PAC 5 Finalist, ranked 5th in California and 19th in the nation.  Next football season will be my 4th year on varsity, lettering each year. 

It’s my goal to attend a college where I can be successful at academics and football.  I want the opportunity to play football with a great program and get my education at a college that’s a good fit for me. 

I am a multi sport varsity athlete.  Focusing on training hard, listening and am very coachable.  I started in lacrosse my freshman year on the varsity team and lettered.  Played on the golf team last year. 

I have been training with the West Coast Kicking Academy in Southern CA for five years.  Plus I have been a student of Coach Zauner’s elite kicking school in Arizona.

I also volunteer my time as a kicking coach for younger kids.

These are my 2012 kicking accomplishments:

Won the USC (University of Southern California) kicking camp competition - "all division title" (first time ever won by a high school junior).  With a 51 yard field goal.

Won the West Coast head-to-head kicking competition in Orange County.  With a 50 yard kick.

Came in 2nd place at University of Arizona in my kicking group.  With a 50 yard kick into the wind.

Won the kicking competition at the University of Colorado Boulder.
