My name is Mavaega Maga, I am a Senior in high school, and I play Center for the Archbishop Riordan Crusaders in San Francisco. One of my biggest goals in life is to attend a great college to pursue a major in kinesiology, physical therapy, or sports medicine, and of course play the game in which I've always loved in football. As a Center, I am the anchor of the Offensive Line, and the brotherhood I have with my fellow O-Lineman is something like no other. I am the leader of my whole offense, and my teammates can always count on me to get the job done. What makes me a great candidate for any team out there is my ability to make friends, adapt, talk to people, and establish good teamsmanship and comradery. I am a team player, and someone who refuses to let my brothers down. I'm a grinder, and if you coaches have watched my highlight yet, you already know I'm a hitter. I try to break the stereotype of Offensive Lineman just being a group of fat, sloppy dummy's who just bang their head into people, because I believe being a good offensive lineman requires you to be one of the smartest people on the field at any given moment. I'm a strong minded person and student who is about that action, and will not let anything get in my way of achieving what I want to achieve. What makes me different and separates me from other recruits is my drive for excellence in whatever I'm doing. I'm a competitor who will either win, or die trying. Please consider me as a potential recruit coaches.
