When and how did you begin your sport?
-when I was 7 because I was ejected from a t-ball game for running over the catcher and making him cry. My baseball coach then decided it was time to join his football team.
What do you like the most about your sport/position?
football provides the biggest family atmosphere out of all other sports in my opinion. I like RB mainly because our offense is majority run.
What is your greatest sports memory?
-I have two great sports memories. the first one is winning CIF in 2010, the second one is being nominated and winning play of the year last year in 2012.
What do you see as your strengths/areas needing improvement?
-strengths: quickness, agility, leadership skills, hard worker, competitive, lower body strength
Any interesting training regimens/drills, etc.
-I had a personal trainer to work on form running and improve my speed. On off days, I go to my community gym
Who is your role model and why?
-my father: under not so pleasing circumstances as a child he was able to become a successful adult. working three jobs and having his own apartment while maintaining a 4.0 GPA in high school. He is probably the hardest worker I know.
Who has made the greatest impact on your development as an athlete?
-Coach Tom Wilson: he has been my running back coach since I was 8 until now and most every skill I have picked up was most likely from him
What motivates you?
-My father. If at any point it appears to him that I am slacking off in the class or on the field he will be the first to tell me.
How do you specifically prepare for games/matches?
- I like to be alone pre game. I like to be in a quiet area where I can get focused because I believe mentality is a big part of how somebody performs.
What is or has been your greatest challenge?
-My greatest challenge was when I was around 12 I had to decide between motocross and football, two sports I loved and was gifted in.

-Play football at a four year university while getting a degree. I am keeping my options open

Best advice to young aspiring athletes (in your sport)
-The most important thing to remember is that in the phrase student athlete the word student comes first.

-Well rounded athlete: Was ranked 3rd in the nation for racing dirt bikes before I gave it up for football.
