I have always had a passion for football. Starting when I was three years old and being on the high school practice field with my dad. He was a coach of the JV football team. I would listen in on their play calling, watching every move they made and counting the years until I could play. I started playing when I was 8, for our local youth football program. I started as a center for the first 4 years. I knew that is not the position I wanted long term. My first year as AAA, the starting QB was out and I had an opportunity to fill in for him. My first game as QB, I through for a touch down. The next year, I started as the QB and have really progressed as a player. Football is not just a sport to me. I consider my teams mates my brothers and a friend for life. We laugh together and shed some tears together. After high school, I hope to go to college and continue to play football while obtaining my criminal justice degree and go into law enforcement.
