Personal Statement

Currently I am 5'9 185 lb SS and RB from Livermore California class of 2019. I started on the Granada High School Varsity team for the last 2 seasons. During my junior year I was elected a team captain! I am proud of my ability to lead by example and appreciate my teammates! In 2017, I feel I did my part and helped the team to their first conference championship appearance in 17 years and I was humbled and honored as I was selected team MVP. I also earned All- East Bay Athletic League HM as a Specialist.

I would like to attend a University where it is challenging both academically and athletically. I trust I have the work ethic, athleticism, and strong education to be able to contribute at many schools.

I am working on a 3.4 GPA and my preliminary standardized test score is an 1100 (PSAT).

Zack is versatile, this past season he played Safety, Linebacker, Wide Receiver, Running Back and Quarterback. He scored touchdowns as a Running Back, Wide Receiver and threw them at the QB position. In our game against Foothill High School, he intercepted the ball three times. He was selected as our team MVP not only because of his talent but because he embodies what it means to be a Granada High School Matador Football player, he will do anything he is asked and everything he can for the team.
