Personal Statement
I have been playing football since I was nine years old. Since I first stepped on the field, my ultimate goal has been to play at the collegiate level. I feel I am a strong physical player, possess a very high football IQ and have great field vision. I know that playing in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life and I don’t take that lightly. So I am working very hard to achieve this goal.
I work incredibly hard to improve my skills as well as train to get bigger, faster and stronger. I am a team leader and try to lead by example while also encouraging my teammates. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working players and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.
I absolutely love competing and battling to help my teams win. I consider myself a leader on and off the field with my strong work ethic in both school and sports. I try to lead by example, by being prepared and giving 100% to my academics and teammates. In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a strong GPA. I also enjoy spending time with my family and also like to volunteer at local youth camps.
My future goals include attending a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the football field. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible. I hope to become a great role model to all my peers and make my parents proud.
