Though I've only been playing the beautiful sport of football for a short amount of time, I've fallen in love with every aspect of it. The grind might just be the part I love the most besides becoming a family with the brothers I go to war with every time I'm out on that field. Football to me is more than just a hobby; more than just legally hitting someone as hard as I can. It's a sanctuary to me; a place I feel free. This sport can very well get me out of this place where nothing happens and give me the opportunity to be someone. I am one to believe to even get this opportunity to perform on the field with my brothers, I have to handle business in the classroom to the best of my abilities because one day there will be no football for me and I will have to rely on my intelligence. I consider the term "student-athlete" to be very true in my case because my parents push me to reach my full potential in the classroom and on the field. This gives me the necessary tools and mindset to push others the same way and have those around me working as hard me. I have a legendary work ethic that is true for both the classroom and the field and will carry on with me well into my collegiate life. I have a do what it takes attitude and am always open to suggestions on how to better myself in anyway I can. Ultimately, I approach school and football with the same goal in mind; be the best. Because of this, I believe I will be the best.
