My name is Hunter Adney, an offensive lineman for California Division 2 Redwood High School in Visalia CA. During my Freshman season I started in 80% of the games and played both right guard and right tackle. As a sophomore, I again started in 80% of the games and played both left guard and left tackle. I was even moved up to the varsity squad at the end of the JV (sophomore) season for playoffs. Unfortunately, the school district in which I reside cancelled our 2020 season but I had been told by my coaches that I would have most likely started at left guard or tackle if a season would have been played.
Currently I am starting my Senior season and have been slated as both the starting right tackle and one of the leaders of the offensive line. In addition, I will be featured on the cover of our game program for home games!! In addition to my love of football, I also enjoy throwing shot and discuss in the spring as a Varsity member of the Redwood High School track team.
But my life is not completely athletics.. I hope to follow in my dad‘s footsteps and become a licensed engineer one day.. Because of this dream, I have been enrolled in the Engineering and Architectural Linked Learning Academy at Redwood High School since my Freshman year.. I currently have a 3.5 + GPA overall and have earned my semester academic letter for 3 of the past 5 semester.
My ultimate goal is to find a school that needs both a good offensive lineman , that can play on either side of the center, and that has also shown the maturity that it takes to be a student athlete by maintaining an excellent GPA while in a difficult subject. I look forward to any and all interest and thank you for your time for looking at my profile..
PROFILE UPDATE 9/8/2022: I officially graduated from Redwood High and I am now a college student athlete at West Hills College Coalinga.. So far this season have played at the center position in both our inter-squad scrimmage as well as in our scrimmage with Bakersfield JC. I have also played both of our games to date at the right guard position as well. i continue to build on my college experience at both positions to allow me to become a better 4 year college prospect please check out my updated WHCC hudl video..
