Tyrone Faanono '14 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'2" DT, MLB from Oxnard, CA. I started as a fullback my freshmen year at Oxnard High School. My sophmore and junior year I played on the varsity team at Oaks Christian High School. I was name Marmonte League First- Team Defense Line this season and recieved the Iron Man Award. I have a 2.82 GPA and is schelduled to take the SAT in June and ACT in May. I am looking for a school where I can find the right balance between the classroom and field. I would like to pursue a university with an outstanding academics. My goal is to play Professional football, and I would like to be part of a football team that will prepare me for that level. My goal is to attend any college in the PAC 12 or Big Ten.

This year, I participated in the Los Angeles Nike Football Training Camp. I have been invited to some college camps; University of Oregon, UCLA, Washington State University, University of Colorado, and many other camps. I will attend three of the camps and possibly two more. 

 I am looking forward going to college and playing at a high level. I know that I will be a great fit at a college that I will choose in the future.
