Personal Statement
I am a versatile football player who has the ability to play running back, outside linebacker, and fullback. As a senior, I am on the varsity squad for my fourth year where I am first string running back and outside linebacker. I am one of the team captains. I have been named First Team All-Conference Runningback,Outstanding Athlete, Offensive MVP and Honorable Mention All-Conference Linebacker.
As a multi-purpose athlete, I have the ability to read both the offense and the defense. I have good field vision and can learn plays quickly. I am 5’ 11” and weigh 190 lbs. I am a very explosive powerful runner on the field with good quickness. I am also a dedicated student of the game. I watch 20 hours per week of collegiate football which has resulted in a broader knowledge of the game.
Throughout the course of high school I have been very productive with training and camps. I was awarded the The MVP for Offense at the National Underclassman Combine in Denver and received the Leadership award at the Semper Fidelis All American Camp in Denver. I played in the NUC all American Game last winter. In my high school career I have racked up 2310 Yards rushing and 2884 Total Yards and 574 Receiving yards. In my Senior Campaign I had 1198 Rushing Yards off of 183 Carries for an average of 6.5, In the passing game I had 430 Receiving yards off of 24 Receptions and 15 total touchdowns.
I aspire to play at the college level because I want to extend my football life as long as possible. I believe that with my work ethic as well as my athletic abilities that I can play at the collegiate level. I am open to playing at any level so that I can pursue my dream of playing collegiate football.
