Personal Statement

My dream is to make it to Division 1 college football and ultimately the NFL. My goals are to get a degree from college. I've been in video editing classes for four years now and might pursue that or a career in sports medicine. Ultimately I want to take my football career as far as I can, but in the process get a great education to prepare me for life, and the family that I plan on having. I go to the gym and weight train three times a week. My father is my trainer and has done much research on the best lifting techniques to give me the best gains in strength and size.
Speed training

I have my leg lifting workout that my father is making so that I can get more power in every square inch so that i can be faster but I also go out every Saturday and do my K-Bands training, Run 100yd sprints with a drag bag (and weight vest for extra weight), and I set up cones and do my agility training also.
Exercise bike

Everyday I get on the exercise bike so that my legs are always used to moving. At the moment I put the bike on five resistance and ride five miles a day!
