I hope to attend a college that will challenge me both athletically and academically. Football has brought me to meet my best friends some of which I now consider brothers. It united us by bringing us to our best points in life and to some of our worst. There is truly no other sport that will do that. It has also taught me that when times are bad to keep going because it just makes the good times that much better. I will do anything to help my team to become the best we can be weather it is make the tackle or take on a block to free a team mate. At the end football is the only true team game and everyone needs to work together to win.
As an individual I am a great leader, not by yelling a screaming before games but in practice when I am told to do something I do it no questions asked. One of my previous coaches once said “Nick plays every play like it is the super bowl”. I will never take a rep off weather in the last drive of a game or just taking reps in practice, I give it my all because it helps me and my team. Academically I have maintain between a 3.4-3.6 GPA and look to continue to increase it while take class that challenge me. I hope to find a college that will guide me in the right direction academically while allowing me to ply the sport I have played so many years.
