Personal Statement
I may only be 5'9", but I have speed and I can jump to make up for it. I am dependable and a team player. If the coaches need me to go on scout team to give our first team a real life situation to get ready for a game I will. I have the ability to turn on a dime and cut back to avoid a tackle to get more yardage. I have a strong leg and am very effective as kicker for kick-offs and extra points. I can also be utilized as a punter. I have been in many games where I have had to play multiple positions. When I was in 8th grade I was awarded MVP of our football bowl game. I have been a part of the Eagle football team for 7 great years.
Like I said I am a team player. I am always one of the first ones to the field to warm up and the last one to leave every day. I feel the more time you spend on the field the more you can work at getting better.
It has always been a dream of mine to play football in college ever since I first played when I was 6.
I grew up being a Seminole fan. While I would like to attend FSU because that’s been my favorite team since I was born, I am open to going to any size school as long as it has the Architectural or Graphic Design background that I am looking for.
I am looking forward to majoring in Graphic Design and or Architecture though I haven’t decided exactly what field I want to major in just yet. But I have had the dream to making and design buildings and homes since I first picked up a pencil to draw. I do have a financial need, as I am the oldest son of 4 children.
My athletic goals are to improve my skills, get some playing time as a freshman, to get experience early so I can handle the demands of playing at the next level. I want to make an impact for my team and to prove to myself and my coaches that I am worth competing at the next level.
A little more about me - I grew up in a Christian home. My faith has led me to share to more than my local community. I began fulfilling this call by going on a mission’s trip to Mexico summer of 2011 where we built homes and shared the gospel.
