Personal Statement
I want to be the best teammate I can be. This means on and off the field, being eligible, and knowing what has to be done to make my future better.
Football is full of metaphors that relate to multiple aspects of life. My high school QB coach loves to say "Aim small, miss small." While my head coach starts almost all our practices with saying the name of the day, then follows with "Great day to get better." Football has become apart of who I am. I've also learned that football is bigger than just one person. Your success came from others, not just internally. You can also never be too good for the game. I just want to find a place where I can learn new things, get better, and prosper along with the people around me.
