Personal Statement

My film shows me as a QB because that's where my team needed me. However, I am an Athlete that has played multiple positions and am currently a Wide Receiver, Slot and Gunner on special teams at NAIA Warner University. I was chosen through competition combines as a Slot Receiver for the Blue Grey National All American East vs West game at the Oakland Raiders Stadium in Oakland, CA January 2017. I plan on obtaining my Masters or Doctorate, I enjoy challenges and have maintained honor roll status since grade school while taking honors classes, playing football and working a part time job. I am a very respectful and coach-able young man. I am a hard worker, achiever, play-maker... I will not disappoint! I will treat every person as family because that is what a football program should be.

My name is Jacob Scott and I teach social science classes as well as serve as an assistant coach for our football/track programs at Matanzas High School. I have spent three of my seven years’ experience as a classroom teacher and assistant coach at Matanzas High School. Approximately, two years ago I came to know Mr. Wagner as an athlete on our athletic programs and most recently, as a student within my 12th Grade Government / Economics
ActivitiesI was a positional coach on a younger FSYFL spring team that won the state championship last year for Junior Varsity level. I was a member of Key Club at my last school (FPC) which specialized in community projects and community service.
