Jaylen Chandler '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello, My name is Jaylen Chandler. I want to further my education to the next level and pursue a degree in Sports Medicine.  My goals is to seek a Bachelor degree in Sports Medicine and own my own business. I grew up loving the game of all sports. I played lil league football, basketball and ran track from my toddler years to my pre-teen years. Also, I have had an opportunity to make  it to the big stage, which was the Junior Olympics; nevertheless, making it there has shown me how hard work pays off. During my high school years, I have played two years of JV football and 2 years of Varsity football.  Also, I have played high school basketball for four years as well.  . I feel I am different from the other recruits because I am an all around athlete. I am able to play football, basketball, and run track. As the years went by, my love for basketball grew stronger and stronger each day; furthermore, I believe I would be greater at basket ball on the next level if the opportunity is given. My academics are fair as well. I am working hard to improve  my grades. It took me a few years to realize how important making the grade is more important than anything, yet this has lead me to buckle down and focus more on my academics this school year. If I am given the opportunity to become a candidate at your  your school, I promise to do my best academically and have good sportsmanship as a student at your school.  Thanks for taking the time out to get to know a little about me.
