Personal Statement
My collegiate goals are to first receive a quality education so that I may become a productive member of society who not only provides for his personal family but also provides to a community at large. While I am presently undecided regarding my specific major, I am currently most interested in fields that relate to engineering, math and science.
Regarding playing football and being on a team, football is perhaps the greatest of all team sports that blends together many skill sets. Football demands individual selflessness, toughness, dedication, hard work, and teamwork. It is this group of characteristics that most readily describe me. I feel like I can not only contribute on the field as a player but also as a leader on any team. Having been raised by a Head Football Coach, these ideals have been instilled in me since birth.
