Stockton McGuire '16 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goal is to attend a high academic university that has high caliber football team with great tradition.  I want to do my best for my team to win a championship and be a servant leader as a QB.  I am a good candidate because I'm willing to push my body past the limit, I lead others well by example, I always encourage guys because they look to their quarterback for guidance and encouragement.  I am separated from other students in that I am self driven and can do the right thing when no one is watching.  If there is no competition I can compete against myself and have my soul conquer my weak body when my weak body is screaming to quit.  I hate to lose. I do not lose often, and when I do the other team knows that they don't want to have to do that again.  I play each snap, trying to make the most between every whistle, and always making quick, wise decisions on the field in stressful moments.  I am top 10 in my class with a 4.2 GPA, I am not the smartest but I work harder than some of the geniuses and that puts me ahead of them.  I know how to study the game of football, and in the classroom.
