Personal Statement

My name is Anthony (AJ) Sweat II. I live in Gwinnett Country Georgia and attend Archer High School, where I play football. I started playing at age 7, and have fallen in love with the game since then. Archer High School is in class 6 AAAAAA, the highest in the state of Georgia. This school is in region 8 AAAAAA, the toughest, most competitive region in the state; so I am no stranger to high levels of competition and high stakes play. Aside from football, I also believe education is of #1 importance. I currently, as a  Senior have a 3.55 cumulative GPA. Regardless of the college I go to, I want it to be a place where I can further my education and getting my major in my field of choice (Kinesiology / Physical therapy, Psychology). Hard work and dedication are among my highest values, and any coach recruiting me can expect that in the classroom and on the field.
