Austin Kellner '11 Recruiting Profile

As an athlete, I am 6'3" and weigh in at about 285 pounds. My 40-yard dash is clocked in at 5.3 seconds as my pro-agility is a 4.8. As a player, you can expect me to be one of the first players on the field along with being one of the last ones off. I am the type of player who knows how to fire my squad up and loves to pick up those who are struggling. I play with a spark. As a student and athlete, I like to view myself as of being very dedicated. If I need to study with a teacher early before or late after school, it is never a problem. I am always there-accademics are my number one priority. Currently I am a 3.6 GPA student on a 4.0 scale. I have also scored a 22 on my ACT (I will retake in the fall of 2010). Whether my workouts fall on weekdays or weekends, I will always be there giving it my all. When my teammates are around me, I try to push them to their limits as I do myself because it's the only way for the team to reach maximum potential. When it comes to choosing a plan after high school, I would be honored to play football for a program that cares about their players success on and off the field. I am currently interested in all football programs who show interest. Academically my goal is to major at a 4 year college taking up chemistry and science to prepare me for going into physical therapy. Athletically, my goal is simple-I would like to play at the highest level of football I possibly can and become one of the best leaders and players on the field while obtaining an outstanding education.
